Artwork ships directly from my studio in Oaxaca, Mexico with the Mexican postal service.

​

It usually takes around 2  to 4 weeks to be delivered, but during busy times you must allow up to 6 weeks, especially for international delivery. You receive a tracking number as soon as the artwork is shipped (within 5 working days of your order).

If you wish to receive your artwork faster or with insurance, shipment through DHL can be arranged at an extra cost. Please contact me for further information.

All artwork is packaged safely and with great care personally by me. You can also include a message to a loved one, if the artwork is intended as a gift. Each original artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist.

Please note that I maintain the copyright to the image, meaning I can still use it on social media posts, or may choose to offer prints of the image. You receive the original.

 

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

 

In the unlikely event that your artwork has arrived damaged or was lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible (within one week of receipt) with your tracking number, photos of the damaged artwork, and any other information.
